About

With over 10 years of experience in design and 6 years in design leadership, I'm an Associate Design Director exploring the intersection of design practice and operations.

I'm passionate about creating the programs, processes, and team experiences that help design organizations thrive—from learning and development initiatives to cross-functional collaboration systems. While my foundation is in UI/UX and design systems, my greatest fulfillment comes from designing how teams work, learn, and grow together.

Select clients include: Abbott, Apple, Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Edward Jones, Exelon, General Motors, Grant Thornton, Johnson Controls, MD Anderson Cancer Research Center, University of Chicago, Wilson Sporting Goods.

As an active member of the design community, I frequent design events across the city and am a current member of Friends-of-Figma, AIGA, and Creative Mornings.

On a personal note, I love traveling near and far, exploring Chicago's many neighborhoods, and trying out new hobbies (currently, collaging). I'm also deeply involved in design community building—I believe the best creative work happens when people feel connected, supported, and continuously learning.
